Dale Huber

Dale is the President and Founder of Problem Solved Property Services. His vision of mastering the art of code compliance while making it as cost-effective as possible for property owners has become a reality.

With the exceptional team he has assembled, Dale has achieved this goal and expanded PSPS's offerings to include a wide range of ancillary and concierge services. His leadership and dedication drive the company's success and commitment to serving property owners efficiently and effectively.

Sara Huber

Sara is our Operations Director, and we are so happy to have her on our team. She is great at monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Sara oversees operational budgets, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and managing expenditures. She analyzes existing workflows, identifies bottlenecks, and implements process improvements to optimize efficiency. Her commitment to ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations and allows us to identify potential operational risk and implementing mitigation strategies.


Mandi Fortin

Mandi is a recent addition to the Problem Solved Property Services team. She serves as our Financial Director, responsible for ensuring the company’s long-term financial health and driving growth.

Mandi develops strategies to maximize profitability, oversees accounting operations, and produces accurate financial reports to provide transparency on the company’s finances. Additionally, she identifies opportunities to improve or adjust current practices, enhancing efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.

We’re excited to have Mandi on board and look forward to her contributions to PSPS’s continued success.

Bob Sands

Our Managing Director brings over 20 years of experience in multi-family and single-family rental properties. Starting his career as a maintenance technician, he steadily advanced to regional maintenance director and later became a facilities director—a title he continues to hold alongside his role as Director of Multi-Family Properties.

Bob’s deep expertise and hands-on experience make him exceptionally qualified to meet all the needs of Problem Solved Property Services. Dedicated and approachable, he is always ready to assist in any way possible.


Ashley Walker

With over 10 years of experience in administrative support, Ashley is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional specializing in scheduling, dispatching, and general office management. Over the course of her career, she has developed a proven track record for enhancing efficiency and providing exceptional administrative support to both internal teams and clients.

Ashley excels in ensuring timely communication and optimizing resource allocations for smooth daily operations. Known for her proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments, she consistently contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Korey Mathers

We are thrilled to have Korey as our HR Director at PSPS. Korey brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.

With a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, Korey ensures that our HR practices align with compliance standards while fostering a supportive and productive workplace. His excellent leadership and communication skills enable him to effectively manage his team and engage with employees at every level of the organization.

Korey’s strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives make him invaluable to our leadership team. His strong interpersonal skills and data-driven approach to interpreting HR metrics ensure informed decisions that benefit employees and the company.

Jimmy Garcia

Jimmy brings over 23 years of experience in the multi-family maintenance field, a background that has immersed him in countless code compliance inspections. Over the years, he has mastered the art of navigating the often tedious process of code compliance, making him an invaluable resource.

As a Senior Code Compliance Specialist and Property Assessment Specialist at PSPS, Jimmy applies his extensive knowledge to ensure properties meet and exceed standards. He holds a Universal EPA Certification and has a strong foundation in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.

Jimmy's wealth of experience and expertise make him an outstanding asset to PSPS, and we’re proud to have him on our team.

Nakoah Clark

With over 9 years of experience in the maintenance industry, Nakoah is a highly skilled and reliable technician specializing in a wide range of building systems and maintenance operations. He is our senior code compliance repair specialist. 

Certified in HVAC gives him an in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Throughout his career, Nakoah has developed a strong reputation for troubleshooting complex and electrical issues, preforming preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. 

His expertise also includes general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and equipment repairs, making him a versatile asset to the PSPS team.

Viet Nguyen

With over seven years of hands-on maintenance experience, Viet is a dedicated and skilled specialist with expertise in carpentry and demolition. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship while prioritizing safety and efficiency in every project.

Viet is known for his problem-solving abilities, solid abilities, and versatility. He excels both independently and as part of a team. His unwavering commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards, along with his attention to compliance and worksite cleanliness, makes him an invaluable asset to PSPS.
